2 cups pumpkin
1 can sweetened, condensed milk
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon each of ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 425. Whisk ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 more minutes.
