3 pkgs. Yeast
½ cup warm water, plus another cup of warm water
¾ cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 cup shortening
8 cups plain flour

In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in ½ cup of warm water. Blend in sugar, eggs, and shortening. Add another cup of warm water, and blend in flour…a little at a time, kneading as you go. Knead until mixture doesn’t stick to your fingers. Cover bowl and allow to rise for 1 hour. Pinch off sections of dough and place on cookies sheet 2 inches apart. Bake in over at 425 until golden brown!
