2 cups butter
4 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups oatmeal (powdered in a blender)
1 24 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 8 oz. Hershey bar (grated)
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)

Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter & sugars. Add eggs & vanilla extract. In another bowl, blend together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to butter/sugar mixture. Atir in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar, and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Don’t overbake!
