Easy Chicken & Dumplins

4 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)

1 stick butter (melted)

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup milk

2 cups chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup


Boil chicken breasts for 20 minutes.  In a 9x13 baking dish, add melted butter.  Tear chicken into pieces and place in buttered dish.  In a mixing bowl, mix flour & milk together.  Pour this mixture over chicken.  Mix broth and chicken soup together and pour over chicken as well.  Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
