Indian Trail, NC - On Tuesday, December 8, female vocalist, TaRanda Greene, had the honor of representing the United States at the Christian Ambassadors to the United Nations in New York City. Over 75 countries were represented at the Roosevelt Hotel's Grand Ballroom as TaRanda, along with the Brooklyn Tabernacle singers under the direction of Mrs. Carol Cymbala, ministered a Christmas Celebration of the true Christmas story.
TaRanda Greene states, "It was an amazing evening. To see the power of God, through the Holy Spirit touch so many hearts was overwhelming. Most in attendance could hardly speak English and there were so many different religions represented, but when God revealed Himself, I watched these dignitaries wipe the tears from their faces. After the program, many of them came to me and through their translators, told me they felt the 'passion'. It was a great opportunity to share Christ with the world and I am grateful for it."
TaRanda received a standing ovation as she finished singing a powerful rendition of "O Holy Night".
