cup mashed pinto beans (cooked & drained)

cup chopped pecans

cup coconut

beaten eggs

cups sugar

½ sticks of melted butter

teaspoon vanilla extract

cup evaporated milk

regular unbaked pie shells
Pre-heat
oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into the pie
shells. Bake for 1 hour.
