1-16oz.c. pumpkin
1 lg. c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 yellow butter cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks melted butter
Combine first six ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 dish. Mix together cake mix and chopped pecans; sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Top with melted butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let cool.
Frosting:
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
1 c. cool whip
Sprinkle pecans on top. Refrigerate for several hours. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
