1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, ginger, & allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a mixer. Put mixture in the pie shell, and bake at 425 degrees for the first 15 minutes. Then, reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake for 45 minutes.
