Pickled Okra
3 lbs young tender okra
5 garlic cloves
5 pods hot pepper
1 qt. apple cider vineger
1/2 cup water
6 T. of each salt, celery seed and mustard seed
5 pint jars

Wash okra and put into clean sterilized pint jars. Add a clove of garlic and a pod of pepper to each jar. Boil the other ingredients together and pour over the okra. Seal jars. Let set for 2 weeks before eating.
