Easy Meatloaf


2 pounds lean ground beef

Dried onion

1 cup water

2 - 6 oz. boxes Chicken Stove Top Stuffing

2 beaten eggs

1/2 cup BBQ Sauce

Combine all ingredients.  Shape into 2 loaves and spread BBQ sauce over the top of each loaf.  Bake at 375 degrees for about one hour. (I usually freeze one of the meat loafs after they are finished baking).
