Cabbage Patch Casserole

3 lbs. lean ground beef, cooked & drained
1 medium onion, chopped & cooked with ground beef
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of minute rice, cooked
1 large cabbage head, cut into small pieces
2 regular size cans tomato soup

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and onions. Next, add the cooked rice.  In a casserole dish, layer half the cabbage, then the beef mixture, then 1 can of tomato soup. Repeat process with the remaining ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
