Ingredients
1/2 Cup Shortening (Crisco)
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour (Self-Rising
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Pecans (Chopped)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
Cream Crisco & sugar. Beat in the egg, then add vanilla. Mix in the flour. Stir in the chopped pecans. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet (sprayed with Pam or lightly greased). Bake at 350 to 400 degrees until light brown.
