Ingredients
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Pumpkin
1 Cup Oil
4 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Directions
In mixer mix sugar, eggs and oil. Sift dry ingredients, add to sugar mixture. Add pumpkin.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes in pan of your choice - (check) and continue if needed.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8 oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Stock Butter, Softened
1 Pound Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine and mix until smooth.
