Potato Soup


Ingredients

10 Lb Potatos

1 Large Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Quart Half & Half

1 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream

Velveeta Cheese (small block)

Directions

Place whole potatos in pan with water until done. Place other ingredients in crock pot. When potatos are done, drain and cut into small pieces. Place all in crock pot.

 

Less Complicated Potato Soup Recipe ...

Ingredients

2 Cans Chicken Broth

3 Cans Water (use Chicken Broth Can to Measure)

6 - 8 Cut Diced Potatos

1 Small Onion Diced in Small Pieces

1 Grated Carrot

1 Stick of Butter

1 Teaspoon Barlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper (To Your Taste)

1 - 2 Tablespoons Salt (To Your Taste)

1 Large Can Pet Milk

Box of Instant Potatoes

Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Put chicken broth, water, onion, carrots and potatos in a large pot. Add garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender.

Add butter and milk and stir until butter is melted. Then add enough instant potatos to thicken up the soup like you like. If too thick add more water.

Serve with Shredded Cheese on top.
