Ingredients
2 Heads Cabbage
12 Onions Chopped
12 Green Tomatoes Chopped
12 Green Peppers Chopped
1/2 Cup Salt
4 Cups Water
3 T. Mustard Seed
3 T. Celery Seed
4 Cups Vinegar
4 Cups Sugar
Directions
Mix together cabbage, onions, tomatoes, peppers, salt and water. Let stand for 2 hours. Drain and add mustard seed, celery seed, vinegar and sugar. Cook on medium heat until mixture boils. Put into jars and seal. Don't forget to put lids in hot water to get hot before placing on jars, wiping top of rims of jars clean before putting on lid. Place screw top on and let set 24 hours before moving.
