4 Chicken Breasts
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Boil chicken breast (I boiled a whole chicken and used only the breast, but it was a big chicken. So if you got a package with 2, 3 or 4 breasts it would be plenty) or you could get pre-packaged chicken and use it.
Melt butter or margarine in 13 x 9 pan. Tear chicken breast up and place on top of butter. Mix flour and milk really good together. Pour over chicken, do not stir. Mix broth and chicken soup together really good. Pour over milk mixture. Do not stir any time.
Bake 325 for 35 minutes or until top begins to brown. Will look juicy, but that's the way it's supposed to be.
