Fluffy Fruit Salad


INGREDIENTS:

 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained

1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce

1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

1 carton (8 ounces) Cool Whip lite

1 teaspoon orange zest

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a bowl, combine the pineapple, cranberry sauce and oranges. 

2. Fold in whipped topping and orange zest.  Store in refrigerator.
