Cole Slaw


INGREDIENTS:

6 cups shredded cabbage

¼ cup sugar

1 cup shredded carrots

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

¼ cup milk

½ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon celery seed

3 drops hot sauce

3 tablespoons minced onion

¼ cup buttermilk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix and chill the following ingedients; for 15 minutes.

6 cups shredded cabbage

¼ cup sugar

1 cup shredded carrots

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

¼ cup milk

2. Meanwhile add the following:

½ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon celery seed

3 drops hot sauce

3 tablespoons minced onion

¼ cup buttermilk

3. Mix with chilled cabbage mixture, and allow flavors to blend for a couple of hours before serving
