INGREDIENTS:
3 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup of cooked Minute Rice
1 large head of cabbage, cut in small pieces
2 cans of tomato soup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, & onions, drain if necessary, add rice.
2. In a casserole dish, layer half of the cabbage then half of the beef mixture, next spread 1 can of the tomato soup.
3. Repeat with the remaining cabbage, then beef mixture, & top with remaining tomato soup. 4. Preheat oven 350 degrees & bake for 1 hr.
