Peanut Butter Fudge


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups sugar

2/3 cup evaporated milk

3 heaping tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash of salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine sugar, salt, & evaporated milk in a saucepan and boil for three minutes.

2. Remove pan from heat and add peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

3. Stir until smooth, and pour into buttered baking dish or plate.

4. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
