Thick Noodles

Thanksgiving at our house means turkey and all the trimmings. It also means my annual attempt to recreate grandmas homemade noodles. Fresh chicken broth and a combination of dough rolled so thin you can almost see through it sounds easy enough, but my noodles never turn out like grandmas. I will try again this year, probably with the same results, but will always be thankful for the original homemade noodles at Grandma's house . Happy Thanksgiving!
